Foreclosure Brokers LLC, a Denver, Colorado, family-run company, begun as a response to the large number of homeowners and real estate brokers being ill-advised and generally misled by foreclosing lenders, mortgage brokers and other real estate brokers. In 2001, our team members began focusing their years of experience in foreclosure, short sales, negotiating, real estate law and real estate investing to help homeowners in distress and solve foreclosure problems on a larger scale.
We know what the banks like to see, how they like to see it, where the pitfalls lie and how to solve difficult property problems.
