15 June 2012: Lender requested a few docs before approval can be issued.  We are working quickly to provide.  Still on track.

8 June 2012: All parties agree, lender will be sending file for approval.  We hope to hear the good news by next week.

1 June 2012: Countering back and forth, hopefully we are on our way towards approval. Response expected next week.

25 May 2012: No Change.  Still working to bring parties together.

18 May 2012: BofA countered at their value of $105,000.  Negotiating.

11 May 2012: File in BofA Quality Control, we expect a response to the offer next week.

4 May 2012: No change. Pressing for a response.

27 April 2012: No change.  Waiting for response.

20 April 2012: Value confirmed and a negotiator has been assigned.  We expect a response to the offer in 1-2 weeks.

13 April 2012: Foreclosure sale postponed and they are reviewing docs before they'll order the value which we expect by next week.  Response to offer expected in about 3 weeks.

6 April 2012: Offer received and full package has already forwarded to the foreclosing lender.  Working to postpone next week's foreclosure sale.
